Baked Tortilla Chips


My kids wanted nachos and we didn’t have any tortilla chips, so I improvised and made some. These were super easy and most importantly much healthier than store bought chips!
Ingredients:
6 flour tortillas
Cooking spray

Salt & pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Stack tortillas and use pizza cutter to cut into triangles.

4. Spread triangles out onto cookie sheet.

5. Spray with cooking spray and salt & pepper as desired.

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chips are desired crispness.
