4 large chicken breast (or steak)
1 yellow onion, sliced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons lime juice
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 Tablespoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon sugar
1. Set chicken aside and mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add chicken, cover the bowl and place into the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (I prefer overnight).
3. Heat a large skillet, pour all contents from the bowl and cook throughly. Serve with flour tortillas, salsa, sour cream & enjoy!
